    Type Alias Reaction

    Reaction: `${string} ${Uri}`

    The type for a string-encoded reaction.

    It is a space-separated list with two fields:

    1. The unicode symbol for the emoji or a URI describing the emoji.
    2. The URI of the user that reacted with the emoji.
